Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of datanephew (the "Service"), an MCP-based analytics assistant that connects to your web presence data (Google Analytics, Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, Business Profile, and other connected services) and makes it accessible through conversational AI assistants. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You must own, or have proper authorization to access, any analytics property, website, or account you connect to datanephew (for example, a GA4 property or Search Console site). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the terms of any third-party service you connect through it (e.g., Google's or Microsoft's API terms).

4. Beta / alpha status

datanephew is currently offered in an early alpha/beta capacity. Features, tools, and functionality may change, break, or be removed without notice as we refine the product based on user feedback.

5. Fees

The Service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid tiers or features in the future; if so, we will provide advance notice before charging for anything you're currently using for free.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or recommendations provided will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, datanephew and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
