how-to guide
Export a report to share
Turn an answer from Claude into something you can send to someone else.
Not every question needs a formal report, but when you want to share what you found, you can ask Claude to package it up.
Steps
- Ask your question and get the answer from Claude as normal.
- Ask Claude to summarize the findings as a short written report, in plain language.
- Ask for it in whatever format you need — a few bullet points for a Slack message, or a longer summary for an email.
- Copy it out of the conversation — datanephew does not generate a separate file or dashboard link.
ask datanephew
Can it make me a chart or a dashboard?
Not directly — it hands Claude the numbers, and Claude can format them as text, a table, or (in some clients) a simple chart, but there is no separate dashboard product to link to.
Will the numbers still be accurate later if someone reopens the report?
The report is a snapshot as of when you asked — for a live number, ask again.
