The Circumventing Systems Policy (No-Warning Suspensions)

One of the few violations that can get your whole account suspended instantly, with no warning first.

What it means

Circumventing systems covers practices that interfere with or try to get around Google's advertising systems — most commonly cloaking (showing reviewers different content than real visitors see) or a mismatch between what an ad promises and where it actually leads. Unlike most policy violations, an account found doing this is suspended immediately on detection, without a prior warning, and reinstatement only happens in compelling circumstances.

Why it matters

This is the policy behind most of the "why was my account suspended with zero warning" situations. Because there's no warning period, the best defense is prevention: making sure your landing pages are stable, match what your ads describe, and don't serve different content to Google's review systems than to real visitors.

My account got suspended out of nowhere — could this be why?

A no-warning suspension is a strong signal this policy (or the closely related Misrepresentation policy) is involved. Datanephew can't manage the appeal, but it can help you review whether your landing pages are stable and match your ads.
