GBP Performance Insights (Calls, Directions, Searches)
The built-in stats Google shows for how customers found and interacted with your listing.
What it means
Google Business Profile has its own performance panel showing how many people searched for you, viewed your listing, requested directions, called your number, or visited your website from the profile — separate from your website's own analytics.
Why it matters
These numbers capture activity that never touches your website at all — a customer who calls straight from the listing never shows up in your site traffic, so relying on website analytics alone can undercount how much your local presence is actually doing.

Not yet — Business Profile isn't connected today. It's on datanephew's roadmap, and once it ships, datanephew will be able to bring calls, directions, and search views into the same conversation as your website traffic.

They're in the Performance tab of your Business Profile dashboard, directly through Google.
