What it means
Q&A used to be a section on your Business Profile where anyone could post a question about your business and anyone, including other customers, could answer it. Google discontinued it in 2025, so it's no longer something you can read, answer or seed with your own questions.
Why it matters
The questions customers used to ask there haven't gone away; they just need answering somewhere Google still shows. Your business description is the place for the common ones: hours that change by season, whether you take card payments, how far you travel. Your services list is where to spell out exactly what you do and don't offer. And your replies to reviews are read by everyone who opens your listing, so a reply that answers the question a reviewer raised does the job a Q&A answer used to.
